If you purchased directly through QuickLook, Inc. you can contact our customer service department by Email or call 315-565-4058 Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. EST.
If you purchased through one of our national distributors please contact your distributor to return your unit for credit, we (QuickLook, Inc.) will honor the return policy with all our distributors, as long as it’s within 30 days of your purchase. Once your distributor receives your return they will credit your account and then they will send it to us for credit from QuickLook, Inc.
30-Day Return Policy
A product returned for refund or exchange must be in its original packaging, and it must be complete, and undamaged. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damages, and that you use a shipper that can provide you with proof of delivery. NO REFUND accepted after 30 days of purchase.
Exchange or Damage Policy
If you drop, break, damage, etc. the camera, and the camera simply does not function correctly any more, AND it is determined that the camera is the “problem”, you can purchase a replacement camera at 1/2 price within 6 months of your original purchase date. We do NOT increase the price of the camera to “hide” the cost of a replacement warranty. The camera is durable, but fragile.
Intraoral imaging devices are sensitive electronic equipment and should be handled with care. Of course, never sterilize the camera by submerging it an any liquid. Do not use harmful “solutions” to wipe down the camera. A slightly damp alcohol cloth or wipe can be used on areas not covered by the protective cover.
Repairs Must Obtain an RMA
You can contact our customer service department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned for repair without an RMA may be delayed or subject to repair charges.
